This is our 25th visit to Peck's on Pine.  On all those visits we were accompanied by our Golden Retriever, Poppy.  She loved coming here as much as we do, but sadly on Tuesday, we had to say goodbye to her.  We have shared a wonderful 15 years together and have so many great memories of those times spent side by side.  I am so glad when I read the guest book, to see how many other peoples’ lives are touched by the welcome that is received when you step into the cottage, be it only for the first time or for those lucky enough to repeat the experience.  It is obvious to all, when you meet Fiona and Marie, why it feels so good.  They are so kind and generous.  They go out of their way to help when called upon and love to do so.  People like us, who just came looking for a place to stay with Poppy, have been blessed to have made some very special friends in Fee and Marie, and we want to thank them so much for their love and support over the years, but especially just at the present moment as we remember the life of Poppy at Peck's on Pine!

We loved it as did Lucy and Hugo!  They seemed right at home from the moment they rushed through the front door and then out into the back yard to explore.  The cottage is gorgeous - the lead light windows, just one of many features.  The treats were much enjoyed by all of us.  We have marvelled at the DVD collection and think we should come back some time in winter and curl up to enjoy same.  Thank you.

Your little cottage is amazing.  I felt like I was coming home each time I returned.  Thanks for looking after us so well with treats, fruits and yogurt.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Peck's.  If you ever come to Victoria, come and visit us.  PS Marie, jams are beautiful!

Thank you for letting our family stay in your beautiful home.  It is a gorgeous home, so warm and friendly.  The yard is perfect for "the kids".  They had a ball.  I would not hesitate in recommending this cottage.  Thank you too for the thoughtful gifts and all the food - just magic.

Many thanks Fiona and Marie for providing a home away from home for us during our Tassie honeymoon.  We have been very comfortable here and have thoroughly enjoyed all your hospitality.  Having trouble getting through all your breakfast provisions though, not to mention all the other goodies scattered through the cottage.  Think Maggie has got a think going with one of your big penguins Fiona, must be the black and white connection!  Promise to give you a good recommendation to the 5 Paws rating.
